Janet Trevino's Bio

Hi, my name is Janet Trevino, the new but experienced, Realtor for Canyon Lake Golden Rule Realty.  I love doing all types of real estate! There are so many possibilities and so many adventures with real estate.  I look forward to working with those of you who have a vision for a business, develop vacant land, build the home of your dreams, or just looking to move to a new home.  I work with both Buyers and Sellers.

I have been a realtor for 20 years.  It’s been an amazing journey to have had the opportunity to work in many areas and with many wonderful people.  I started work with buyers and sellers of 1-4 units in California.  Having income property that pays for itself is exciting.  I then added SFR and specialty properties to the mix.  Commercial real estate, vacant land, and land development came next.  What a great profession! It is a profession in that I can continually grow and find new ways to help others with their living needs, professional needs, and even dreams.  My newest adventure, interstate real estate, is in growing demand.  It is important to me to run my business ethically, honestly, and fairly; putting my client’s needs first.

I enjoy my family, playing at the lake, painting, and gardening.  Oh, and I love to bake!
