Linda Bond's Bio

Hi, my name is Linda Bond. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1993. I sold my first home in Schertz Texas that year. Since then I have sold in the New Braunfels Market, but in 2005, moved to Canyon Lake and have sold real estate close to home. As a homeowner at Canyon Lake, I have a special interest in home values because each sale has the potential to affect my property value. Our area is unique in that there aren’t really any tract homes or subdivisions. The rules for pricing in town don’t apply here at the lake. An agent with intimate knowledge of this area can make or save you thousands of dollars for your bottom line, whether you are buying or selling. I treat each client like they’re my family, taking the time and putting forth the effort to see that everything is working within my client’s best interests.
