I have been a licensed Texas Realtor and sold my first house in Comal County in 1993. My wife (Linda) and I owned a home on Lake McQueeney before building our current home on Canyon Lake in 2005. Throughout my real estate career, I have always kept my clients’ interests above my own. One of the favorite things I say to agents that I mentor is: ” I treat my client’s money like it is coming out of my checkbook”. Since 2005, my primary focus has been in the Canyon Lake area exclusively.
